Intuition Is Queen – part four

Sssshhhh, quiet

In society today we are bombarded with information, particularly since the explosion of the internet. In cases where we may have searched out an answer to something we were looking for we now just type it into google and hey presto, there’s hundreds, thousands, even millions of results right there. Information overload. This information overload can make it difficult to listen to our intuition and to really partner with it particularly when we feel we need something fast, or think we do! A beneficial practice for heightening intuition is meditation.

A regular meditation practice can quieten the mind, raise our vibration and help us tap into the universal network of wisdom. 10-15 minutes twice a day can uncover that magnificent inner, quiet voice. Lyn Robinson, a leading intuition expert and author says, ‘I believe there is a wise, loving, and creative intelligence that we are all part of. It guides our thoughts, provides inspired ideas, and connects us to each other.’

If you don’t already then start meditating for 10-15 miutes in the morning and in the evening. Just take the time to be silent, to be still. During your meditation try not to be expecting ‘something to happen’, just enjoy the peace and stillness and throughout the day take a few moments to check in with your intuition.

If you follow the guidelines for tapping into your intuition expect the wonderful and exciting to come to you. You will be aligning with your deepest desires with the most trustworthy partner you could wish for, your inner guidance.

“Believe it is possible to solve your problem. Tremendous things happen to the believer. So believe the answer will come. It will.”
—Norman Vincent Peale, The Power of Positive Thinking
